About the event
Periods for Dads is an interactive Father's Day experience designed to help fathers foster trust in their child's menstrual health journey. Through tennis activities, period education, and meaningful conversations, dads will learn practical ways to provide support, build emotional security, and strengthen trust so their children know they can count on them through every stage of life.
As a result, Dad's will:
Understand the basics of menstruation and menstrual health.
Learn what support actually looks like during a period.
Build confidence discussing periods wfithout shame or discomfort.
Strengthen emotional bonds with their children.
